Dear NMR and MRI community
We seek a new member (PhD student or PostDoc, 3 years) to our hyperpolarization imaging group at Kiel University and University Hospital (UKSH). The project's main task would be the study of nuclear spin relaxation of novel hyperpolarized with dDNP tracer. We are interested in experimental or theoretical contributions (or both).
The project continues our preliminary studies (Peters et al., Sci Adv. 2023 https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciadv.add3643 and Peters et al. preprint, 2024: https://www.researchsquare.com/article/rs-4668036/v1).
We are the Section Biomedical Imaging of the University Hospital Kiel and Kiel University (Germany). We are working on different imaging and hyperpolarization modalities under one roof. Our MR group covers all dominant hyperpolarization methods: Xenon, DNP, and parahydrogen. Contact us if you’re interested in a well-equipped lab near the Baltic Sea.
