We are looking for a Ph.D. student or a scientific assistant (initial contract duration is 2 years) to our hyperpolarization imaging group at Kiel University and University hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH). The main tasks of the project would be optimization of deuterium and xenon magnetic resonance imaging for in vitro and in vivo using synthesized deuterium and hyperpolarized xenon.
We are the Section for Biomedical Imaging in the University Hospital Kiel (Germany) and obtain different modalities in one institute. Our MR group covers all dominant hyperpolarization methods: Xenon, DNP, and parahydrogen. If you’re interested in a well-equipped lab close to the Baltic sea, reach out to us!
