We are offering post-doctoral (one year with possible renewal) and PhD (4 years) positions in our laboratory with specific focus on the development of new magnetic resonance instrumentation and methodologies for low- and high-field NMR for the in-situ magnetic resonance characterization of complex porous and polymeric systems, with applications in Material Science and Catalysis. Experience/education in magnetic resonance, or in electrical/mechanical engineering are essential for these positions. Interested candidates can send their applications (motivation letter, full CV with publication list and two reference letters) until the end of March 2022, by email to: dimitrios.sakellariou@kuleuven.be
Our laboratory at KU Leuven has state-of-the-art NMR and MRI instrumentation, comprising many home-made low- and high-field magnetic resonance instruments for liquids, solids and micro-imaging. We are located only 25 minutes from the center of Brussels and 15 minutes from Brussels International airport in Belgium, at the heart of Europe.
